This is an exciting opportunity to join a company within the fintech space. They are looking for a Junior Support Analyst to support clients in using their platform and services. This role combines customer support with data analysis, offering the opportunity to work closely with product, technology, and customer success teams.
You will play a key role in resolving user queries, analysing platform usage, and helping to improve overall client experience through structured insights and feedback.
Please note this role has shift patterns (7-3pm, 9-5pm, 12-8pm, 2-10pm, 3-11pm).
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat
- Create and maintain FAQs and support documentation
- Support client onboarding and user setup
- Maintain accurate and high-quality client data
- Build strong client relationships to understand data requirements
- Support the development and maintenance of data offerings
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Previous experience in a support role (preferred)
- Exposure to AI tools or AI-driven solutions
