This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Data Analytics Lead to join and help shape a dynamic and growing Data & Insights team based in Newcastle.

As a senior member of the team, you'll play a pivotal role in managing key client accounts and supporting the professional development of analysts within the team.

You'll work with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple sectors, collaborating with skilled digital professionals to deliver impactful marketing strategies powered by data insights.

Key Responsibilities Apply innovative data analytics methods to evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns against client objectives.

Analyse campaign outcomes and provide actionable recommendations to enhance effectiveness.

Interpret data patterns and trends to support strategic decisions in campaign planning and optimisation.

Design and execute A/B tests, analysing results to guide improvements.

Develop clear and engaging reports and dashboards to communicate insights to internal teams and clients.

Mentor and lead team members, support the leadership team, and contribute to thought leadership and knowledge sharing across the organisation.

Some of the requirements: At least 2 years' experience in a data analytics leadership role, preferably within a marketing or agency environment.

Strong knowledge of data visualisation tools and the ability to turn complex data into clear, compelling insights.

Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Excel, and Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity.

A good grasp of marketing practices including SEO, Paid Media (Search, Social, Affiliate), CRO, OOH, and Brand Marketing.

Analytical thinking with a knack for spotting trends and opportunities.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data insights to a wide range of audiences.
