We’re working with a fast-growing tech business in the fintech space who are looking for a proactive Junior Support Analyst to join their support team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong interest in technology and a passion for customer service to gain experience in a high-performing team, working with both internal and external users.

Shifts: 9:00am-5:00pm & 2:00pm-10:00pm (rotating).

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Responding to user queries via phone, email, and chat
  • Logging and prioritising support tickets
  • Assisting users with platform features and onboarding
  • Troubleshooting and reporting bugs
  • Creating and updating user FAQs and support content
  • Managing client user accounts and setup
  • Providing feedback on user experience to product teams
  • Producing regular reports on user activity

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident using Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Ideally some previous experience in tech/software/IT support
  • Ideally a degree in computer science or a relevant field
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Calm under pressure and a strong problem-solver
  • Friendly, approachable, and a real team player
