We’re looking for a talented UX Designer to join a growing digital team working across both client projects and an exciting new SaaS product. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is passionate about delivering intuitive, user-centred experiences.

This role offers hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use design thinking to solve complex user experience challenges
  • Create wireframes, user flows, personas, and journey maps to inform and support design decisions
  • Design accessible, responsive interfaces in Figma, ensuring consistency across platforms
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design choices
  • Develop and maintain design systems for efficiency and scalability
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams throughout the entire project lifecycle
  • Stay up to date with UX trends and contribute fresh thinking
  • Be an advocate for user-centred design and contribute to shaping the product strategy

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in UX design, ideally in a digital or agency setting
  • Confidence using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and user research methods
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design thinking
  • A self-starter mindset with a passion for learning and evolving UX skills
