A growing technology business is looking for a skilled SysOps / DevOps Engineer to help build, scale, and maintain the infrastructure underpinning its platforms. This role sits at the intersection of software engineering and infrastructure, with a focus on reliability, automation, and performance. You will play a key role in ensuring systems are secure, scalable, and highly available in a fast‑paced, real‑time environment. Working closely with engineering, product, and external partners, you will support robust infrastructure and smooth deployment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and scale both cloud infrastructure and on‑premise environments
- Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Maintain secure and resilient network infrastructure, including connectivity with third‑party providers
- Ensure platform reliability through effective alerting and incident response
- Monitor system performance and collaborate with QA and technical teams to drive continuous improvement
- Support efficient development and release practices alongside engineering and product teams
- Troubleshoot production issues in a time‑sensitive environment
- Implement automation to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of DevOps practices, tooling, and standards

- Solid understanding of infrastructure, system administration, and deployment workflows

- Experience with containerisation technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools
