Some of the responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and managing the delivery of a variety of digital marketing campaigns across multiple sectors.
  • Aligning internal teams to ensure consistent delivery of value and measurable impact for clients.
  • Managing client and stakeholder relationships throughout the full campaign lifecycle, providing performance updates and commercial insights.
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with client contacts by understanding their markets and identifying opportunities to support business growth.
  • Handling budget management from estimation through to invoicing, and ensuring accurate data entry into the CRM.
  • Managing service orders and purchase orders efficiently.
  • Measuring client satisfaction and implementing improvements where required.

  • At least 4 years of experience in a client-facing or strategic role, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels, particularly PPC and SEO.
