This company is looking for a dynamic and strategic Product Manager responsible for driving the development and growth of it’s SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will ensure that the platform meets business and market needs, delivering exceptional value to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the product vision and strategy in collaboration with the Software Engineering Director.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks.

Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, aligning it with business priorities and customer needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and sales) to successfully develop and launch product features.

Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development.

Prioritize features based on customer feedback, market demand, and business priorities.

Engage with customers through interviews, surveys, and usability tests.

Ensure a seamless user experience in partnership with the design team.

Monitor customer satisfaction and usage metrics using analytics tools.

Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives.

Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and quality in product development.

Develop go-to-market strategies for new product features and releases.

Work with marketing and sales teams to create compelling messaging and promotional materials.

Track and analyze product performance to identify areas for improvement.

Communicate product vision and strategy to internal and external stakeholders.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders to align on product initiatives.

Manage expectations by providing regular updates on product development and timelines.

Some of the requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a tech start-up or fast-paced environment.

Experience with SaaS platforms and cloud technologies.

Strong background in agile methodologies.

Familiarity with product management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.

Understanding of software development processes and proficiency in analytics tools.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively across teams and a customer-centric mindset.
