They're looking to add an experienced UX/Product Designer to their growing team.
The Role
Working closely with developers, stakeholders and end users, you'll gather requirements, improve workflows and design clean, user-friendly interfaces across a range of complex web applications.
Projects include CRM platforms, HR software, workforce management systems and other business-critical applications.
You'll take ownership of the UX and product design process, translating complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences while helping to shape the future direction of multiple products.
What We're Looking For
- Strong commercial experience in UX, UI or Product Design
- Excellent Figma (or equivalent) skills
- Experience designing complex web applications or business systems
- Experience owning design across projects with complex user journeys
- The ability to produce wireframes, prototypes, user flows and polished UI designs
- A strong understanding of usability, accessibility and user-centred design principles
- Experience improving and iterating existing products as well as designing new features
- Confidence collaborating with developers and understanding technical constraints
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating clean, modern interfaces
- Experience working on CRM, HR, workforce management or similar enterprise platforms would be advantageous
- A technical understanding of web development would be beneficial
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A collaborative approach and the confidence to contribute ideas within a close-knit team
