Your Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat
- Own and manage client issues, including escalation where required
- Guide users through platform features and functionality
- Analyse and document product issues
- Produce structured reports on client activity and usage trends
- Create and maintain FAQs and support documentation
- Support client onboarding and user setup
- Maintain accurate and high-quality client data
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to internal teams
- Maintain error logs and contribute to continuous improvement
