An established and fast-growing e-commerce business is looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Manager to lead their digital marketing strategy across several consumer brands. Known for their innovative online presence and strong customer focus.

This is a hands-on marketing position where you’ll take ownership of content creation, SEO, paid media, and social media campaigns. You’ll play a key role in driving online visibility, engagement, and sales performance across multiple platforms.

Please note this is an office based role.

Key Responsibilities:

Content & Website:

  • Create and maintain content for blogs, news sections, and product pages.

  • Ensure content aligns with brand tone and enhances the user journey.

  • Optimise website UX and on-page performance.

SEO & Analytics:

  • Conduct keyword research and competitor benchmarking.

  • Implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.

  • Track performance using Google Analytics and report on key metrics.

Paid Media:

  • Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns.

  • Adjust strategies based on performance data to improve ROI.

Social Media:

  • Develop social strategies for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

  • Plan, design, and schedule engaging content to grow the audience.

  • Engage with followers and foster community interaction.

Video Content:

  • Plan, script, film, and edit marketing and product videos.

Market Insight:

  • Keep up with industry trends and competitor activity.

  • Identify new opportunities to expand reach and improve marketing outcomes.

Tools Used:

  • Canva, Figma, Ubersuggest, Answer the Public

  • Basic image editing tools

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar digital marketing role, ideally within e-commerce or consumer products.

  • Strong SEO, paid media, and social media knowledge.

  • Confident in using analytics and data to make decisions.
