We're working with a well-established digital agency who are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer to their growing development team. This role would suit someone with agency or client-facing project experience who enjoys building high-quality websites and digital solutions across both front-end and back-end technologies. You'll collaborate with Developers, Designers, Project Managers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, user-focused websites and applications. The role offers exposure to a variety of projects, modern technologies, and the opportunity to contribute throughout the full development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain responsive, accessible, and high-performing websites
  • Develop modern front-end interfaces using JavaScript frameworks and libraries
  • Work across the full development lifecycle, from technical scoping through to deployment
  • Integrate CMS platforms, APIs, and third-party systems
  • Collaborate with Design and UX teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences
  • Support technical discovery, estimation, and solution design activities
  • Troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and technical challenges
  • Contribute to code reviews, development standards, and best practices
  • Work within agile project teams to deliver client projects
  • Support and collaborate with junior team members where required

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Web Development role
  • Strong front-end development skills including HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript and TypeScript
  • Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue.js
  • Experience developing and integrating CMS-driven websites, including WordPress and/or Umbraco
  • Experience integrating APIs and third-party services
  • Good understanding of responsive development and cross-browser compatibility
  • Experience using Git version control
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience with Headless CMS solutions
  • Experience working with REST APIs and GraphQL
  • Familiarity with build tools and modern deployment workflows
  • Experience with cloud hosting platforms and CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms
  • Understanding of SEO and technical website performance best practices
