An established and fast-growing e-commerce business is looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Manager to lead their digital marketing strategy across several consumer brands. Known for their innovative online presence and strong customer focus. This is a hands-on marketing position where you’ll take ownership of content creation, SEO, paid media, and social media campaigns. You’ll play a key role in driving online visibility, engagement, and sales performance across multiple platforms. Please note this is an office-based role in Stockton-on-Tees. Content & Website: Create and maintain content for blogs, news sections, and product pages. Ensure content aligns with brand tone and enhances the user journey. Optimise website UX and on-page performance. SEO & Analytics: Implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic. Track performance using Google Analytics and report on key metrics. Adjust strategies based on performance data to improve ROI. Develop social strategies for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Plan, design, and schedule engaging content to grow the audience. Engage with followers and foster community interaction. Video Content: ~ Plan, script, film, and edit marketing and product videos. Identify new opportunities to expand reach and improve marketing outcomes. Experience in a similar digital marketing role, ideally within e-commerce or consumer products. Strong SEO, paid media, and social media knowledge. Confident in using analytics and data to make decisions. Basic design and video production/editing skills.
