Are you an experienced organic search leader with deep technical expertise and a strong strategic mindset? We’re working with a well-established digital organisation looking for a senior Organic Search Director to lead and inspire a high-performing SEO function, set best-in-class standards, and drive organic search performance that delivers measurable business outcomes.
You’d be responsible for:
- Owning delivery quality and consistency across the Organic Search service line, ensuring outputs meet agreed technical standards, strategic frameworks, and best practice.
- Leading the development of enterprise-level organic search strategies, grounded in topical authority, robust technical architecture, and integrated content approaches.
- Partnering with client-facing teams to ensure organic search delivery meets or exceeds expectations and supports long-term client relationships.
- Working collaboratively with other service lines to ensure organic search is fully integrated into wider media and business strategies.
- Taking accountability for the capability and maturity of the Organic Search team, ensuring skills and expertise continue to develop.
