We're looking for a Klaviyo Specialist to join a technology-focused business, supporting the delivery and optimisation of email marketing campaigns for a portfolio of clients. This role will focus on email marketing, customer segmentation, marketing automation and campaign performance, helping clients improve engagement, conversions and customer retention.
Please note: This is a fully office-based position in Middlesbrough, requiring five days per week in the office.
Some of the responsibilities:
- Plan, build, test and deliver targeted email marketing campaigns.
- Develop and optimise automated email flows and customer lifecycle communications.
- Use customer data and segmentation to create personalised campaigns.
- Monitor email campaign performance, identifying opportunities to improve engagement, conversions and revenue.
- Manage multiple client campaigns, ensuring activity is delivered accurately and on time.
- Analyse campaign data and provide performance reports and recommendations.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand objectives and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Support wider personalisation and customer engagement initiatives.
Some of the requirements:
- Previous experience working with Klaviyo, including campaign management, segmentation and automation.
- Experience planning, building, testing and delivering email marketing campaigns.
- Experience building automated email flows, customer journeys and lifecycle communications.
- Good understanding of customer segmentation, targeting and personalisation.
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Experience working with customer data to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and client requirements.
- Confident communicating performance, recommendations and activity to clients and internal stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to improving campaign performance and client results.
