An established and fast-growing e-commerce business is looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Manager to lead their digital marketing strategy across several consumer brands. Known for their innovative online presence and strong customer focus. This is a hands-on marketing position where you’ll take ownership of content creation, SEO, paid media, and social media campaigns. You’ll play a key role in driving online visibility, engagement, and sales performance across multiple platforms. Please note this is an office-based role in Stockton-on-Tees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content & Website: Create and maintain content for blogs, news sections, and product pages. Ensure content aligns with brand tone and enhances the user journey. Optimise website UX and on-page performance.
- SEO & Analytics: Conduct keyword research and competitor benchmarking. Implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic. Track performance using Google Analytics and report on key metrics.
- Paid Media: Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns. Adjust strategies based on performance data to improve ROI.
- Social Media: Develop social strategies for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Plan, design, and schedule engaging content to grow the audience. Engage with followers and foster community interaction.
- Video Content: Plan, script, film, and edit marketing and product videos.
- Market Insight: Keep up with industry trends and competitor activity. Identify new opportunities to expand reach and improve marketing outcomes.

Requirements:
