We are looking for a proactive and detail‑driven Website Marketing Executive to join a growing digital team on a 12-month maternity-cover contract. This role focuses on delivering high‑quality website updates, supporting users across digital platforms, and helping maintain a seamless online experience for customers. You’ll work closely with internal teams to manage content across multiple websites, ensure updates are carried out accurately, and assist in testing new digital features. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on website management, problem‑solving, and supporting stakeholders. This role can be a part time or full time hours, with 2 days a week in their office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update website content across multiple brands using an in-house Content Management System (CMS)
  • Support the delivery, testing, and implementation of new website developments
  • Provide day‑to‑day support to internal teams and external users, resolving digital queries efficiently
  • Handle support inboxes related to website updates, online accounts, and digital systems
  • Work with senior members of the team to identify system issues, user pain points, and areas for improvement
  • Assist with testing, reporting, and a variety of ad‑hoc website or digital projects

A strong interest in digital marketing and website management. Working knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS). Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent customer service skills when dealing with internal and external users. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to identify recurring issues. Strong written and verbal communication. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS. Experience with GA4 or similar analytics tools. At least 1 year’s experience in website administration or digital support. Experience managing multiple websites or supporting various stakeholder groups. A professional marketing qualification (or working towards one).
