We are working with an innovative global consumer brand that is looking to hire a Digital Content Marketing Manager to join their growing digital team. This role is focused on driving AI-driven content strategy, SEO growth and digital PR to increase brand visibility and organic performance. You will work closely with teams across brand, PR, onsite content and digital delivery to deliver integrated campaigns and support major digital transformation projects.
This role would suit someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, particularly across SEO, content strategy and emerging AI technologies. You will play a key role in supporting a major eCommerce platform migration, ensuring SEO performance, rankings and traffic are protected throughout the transition.
Responsibilities include working cross-functionally to define SEO-friendly site architecture, managing redirects and indexation, and monitoring performance to ensure a smooth migration and continued organic growth. You will own the SEO-driven content strategy across the website, focusing on improving organic visibility and engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing SEO content strategies
- Optimising product and category pages (meta titles, descriptions and on-page content)
- Planning and managing blog content aligned with brand objectives
- Conducting keyword research and implementing SEO best practices
- Analysing performance data and continuously optimising content
- Managing and collaborating with external SEO agencies
A major focus of the role will be driving AI-optimised content strategies for emerging search environments.
You will:
- Lead the strategy for AI/LLM-optimised content
- Develop frameworks that improve discoverability across AI search and retrieval platforms
- Oversee creator and onsite content that supports AI-driven discovery
- Act as an internal subject matter expert on AI content strategy
Digital PR & Campaign Support: You will work with agency partners and internal teams to deliver digital PR strategies that support organic growth and brand visibility. This includes aligning digital PR with wider brand campaigns and ensuring outreach strategies drive SEO impact.
About You: We are looking for someone with:
- Experience in digital marketing, SEO content and digital PR
- Background in eCommerce, retail or consumer brands (preferred)
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimisation
- Experience working with AI/Gen-AI tools for content creation
- Strong analytical skills with tools such as Google Analytics and SEO platforms
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders, agencies and projects
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
