This is an exciting opportunity to join a company within the fintech space. They are looking for a Junior Support Analyst to support clients in using its platform and services. This role combines customer support with data analysis, offering the opportunity to work closely with product, technology, and customer success teams. You will play a key role in resolving user queries, analysing platform usage, and helping to improve overall client experience through structured insights and feedback.

Your Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat
  • Own and manage client issues, including escalation where required
  • Guide users through platform features and functionality
  • Analyse and document product issues
  • Produce structured reports on client activity and usage trends
  • Create and maintain FAQs and support documentation
  • Support client onboarding and user setup
  • Maintain accurate and high-quality client data
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback to internal teams
  • Maintain error logs and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Build strong client relationships to understand data requirements
  • Support the development and maintenance of data offerings
  • Complete technical questionnaires to meet compliance standards

Mandatory Skill Set

  • Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to produce structured reports or datasets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Experience using Visual Studio Code or similar IDEs
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Comfortable working under pressure while delivering accurate solutions
  • Previous experience in a support role (preferred)
