We’re looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to help transform how the business operates through intelligent automation and AI-driven workflows. This is a high-impact role where you’ll identify manual, time-consuming processes and replace them with scalable AI solutions. You’ll work closely with leadership and teams across the business to design, build, and deploy AI tools that deliver real, measurable value.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Transforming Business Operations
- Identify inefficiencies and automate workflows using AI
- Partner with stakeholders to redesign processes end-to-end
- Own delivery from idea through to implementation and adoption
- Building AI Tools & Agents
- Design and develop AI agents used across the business
- Create reusable assets (prompt libraries, templates, automations)
- Ensure tools are scalable, secure, and easy to use
- Driving Adoption
- Roll out AI tools and ensure smooth adoption across teams
- Train and support users of all technical levels
- Act as the internal AI expert and go-to person
- Supporting Product & Customers
- Contribute to AI-driven product development
- Support customers with their own AI adoption journeys
- Help translate internal success into external value
- Moving Fast & Innovating
- Rapidly prototype and test new AI ideas

About You
Experience
- Proven experience building and implementing AI solutions in a business setting
- Strong track record of improving workflows and driving efficiency

Technical Skills

- Hands-on with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)
- Ability to build workflows, prompts, and lightweight tools independently
