A long-standing UK-based manufacturer is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their team. Having recently undergone a major rebrand and website launch, the company is now entering a pivotal growth phase with increased investment in digital infrastructure and e-commerce channels.

They are looking for a hands-on and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to enhance digital performance, drive lead generation, and improve the online customer experience. You will take ownership of key platforms including a Shopify-based website, HubSpot CRM, and paid media channels, using data insights to support business growth.

Working alongside a Marketing Executive who focuses on branding and campaign content, your role will centre on digital performance, conversion, and optimisation. Please note that this is an office-based position, so you must be able to visit their office daily, located in Stockton-On-Tees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Website & User Experience (Shopify)
    • Manage and optimise user experience and lead generation on the company website
    • Develop and implement an ecommerce channel for parts and accessories
    • Ensure product data accuracy including descriptions, pricing, and images
    • Enhance site layout and structure to improve conversions
    • Conduct A/B testing and implement findings
    • Collaborate with developers to execute technical updates
    • Apply SEO and accessibility best practices
    • Recommend tools or upgrades to improve site performance
  • Lead Generation & CRM (HubSpot)
    • Build and manage forms, landing pages, and workflows
    • Optimise lead capture and segmentation strategies
    • Align marketing efforts with product stock and sales priorities
    • Use CRM data to drive targeted campaigns
  • Paid Media (Meta, Google Ads)
    • Plan and manage campaigns across Google and social platforms
    • Write and test ad copy, targeting strategies, and formats
    • Monitor and optimise campaign performance
    • Coordinate with internal teams to create required assets
  • Social Media (Organic)
    • Support the broader marketing team with insights on trends and engagement
    • Recommend high-performing organic content for boosting
    • Ensure alignment between paid and organic strategies
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Use GA4, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite to track performance
    • Monitor key metrics including traffic, engagement, and conversions
    • Produce regular reports with actionable insights
    • Use data to guide digital decisions
Some of the requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing or ecommerce role
  • Proficiency with Shopify and HubSpot (or similar platforms)
  • Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, and conversion optimisation
  • Skilled with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Ads Manager
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Able to manage workload independently and meet deadlines
  • Bonus: Knowledge of HTML/CSS or Adobe design software
