We're currently recruiting on behalf of one of our established software clients for an experienced Senior UX/Product Designer to join their growing product and engineering team.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the user experience across a suite of business-critical web applications, helping to shape products that are used daily by both internal teams and customers.
The Role
Working closely with developers, stakeholders and end users, you'll gather requirements, improve workflows and design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that simplify complex processes.
You'll be involved in designing and improving a range of web-based products, including CRM platforms, workforce management systems and other business applications.
This role would suit someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership of UX and product design, and creating experiences that genuinely make a difference.
What You'll Need
We're looking for someone with:
- Strong commercial experience in UX, UI or Product Design
- Excellent Figma (or similar) skills
- Experience designing complex web applications or business systems
- The ability to create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs
- A strong understanding of usability, accessibility and user-centred design
- Experience improving and evolving existing digital products
- Confidence collaborating with developers and understanding technical constraints
- A keen eye for detail and modern interface design
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Desirable experience includes:
- CRM, HR or workforce management platforms
- A technical understanding of web development
