We're working with a growing digital agency that's looking to hire a Digital Project Manager to its team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative business delivering high-quality websites and digital platforms for a diverse range of clients.
You'll take ownership of digital projects from initial brief through to delivery, working closely with clients, developers and designers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
The Role
- Manage website and digital projects from kickoff through to launch
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout delivery
- Coordinate internal development and design teams
- Manage project timelines, budgets and scope
- Run project meetings, stand-ups and planning sessions
- Identify risks, resolve blockers and keep projects on track
- Maintain clear project documentation throughout the delivery process
About You
- 3+ years' experience managing digital or web projects
- Previous agency experience is desirable
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good understanding of website development processes
- Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Trello or Asana
- Passionate about digital delivery and continuous improvement
Desirable Experience
- WordPress or headless CMS projects
- Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Figma or Adobe XD
- Basic understanding of SEO, web hosting and website performance
- Account management or digital strategy experience
