Role Description

Based in Baker Street, our Property and Commercial litigation department prides itself on being able to offer a level of client care and attention beyond anything the big players can offer. We have been described as being a very thorough and collaborative firm, with the team being able to think outside the box, commercial, attentive, and highly responsive.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and motivated Property and Commercial Litigator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have between 0-5 years of post-qualification experience and a proven track record in handling a range of property and commercial litigation matters. You will work closely with Partners Rudi Ramdarshan, Victoria Huxley, and Ben Frost, gaining invaluable experience and contributing to the success of the firm.

  • Residential Property Disputes
  • Planning application disputes
  • Banking and Finance disputes
  • Conduct legal research and analysis
  • Draft letters, correspondence, and other legal documents
  • Attend court hearings and conferences
  • Work collaboratively with the team to develop innovative legal solutions
  • Be able to demonstrate strong technical skills with an ability to present solutions effectively

  • Qualifications

    • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 1-5 years PQE
    • Experience in property and commercial litigation is essential
