Role Description
Based in Baker Street, our Property and Commercial litigation department prides itself on being able to offer a level of client care and attention beyond anything the big players can offer. We have been described as being a very thorough and collaborative firm with the team being able to think outside the box, commercial, attentive and highly responsive. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and motivated Property and Commercial Litigator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have between 0-5 years of post-qualification experience and a proven track record in handling a range of property and commercial litigation matters. You will work closely with Partners Rudi Ramdarshan, Victoria Huxley, and Ben Frost, gaining invaluable experience and contributing to the success of the firm.

Qualifications:
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with minimum 12-months experience.
- Experience in property and commercial litigation is essential
- Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong knowledge of civil procedure rules
- An interest in assisting with business development
