The Litigation Team at Ronald Fletcher Baker is seeking a motivated, organised, and detail‑oriented Paralegal to join our Exeter office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to gain hands‑on experience to build strong legal and practical skills and work closely with experienced Solicitors as part of a collaborative team. This is a full‑time, office‑based position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting solicitors with a broad range of litigation matters
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and court forms
- Ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date
- Conducting legal research
- Preparing court bundles
- Liaising with clients, counsel, courts, and third parties
- Supporting with trial preparation
- Handling administrative tasks, including filing, billing support, and diary management
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures
