Ronald Fletcher Baker LLP in London, Holborn Office, is seeking a Property Paralegal to assist with residential property transactions including freehold, leasehold, new builds, remortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions.

This is a full-time, office-based role and not suitable for someone seeking Qualifying Work Experience.

You will support fee earners, handle SDLT returns, Companies House submissions, HMLR applications, post-completion tasks, AML checks, and liaise with clients.
