This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and motivated Property and Commercial Litigator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have between 0-5 years of post-qualification experience and a proven track record in handling a range of property and commercial litigation matters. You will work closely with Partners Rudi Ramdarshan, Victoria Huxley, and Ben Frost, gaining invaluable experience and contributing to the success of the firm. Manage a varied caseload of property and commercial litigation matters, including: -Art Law Disputes -Charity Litigation -Energy & Utilities Litigation -Charity Litigation -Education litigation -Real property disputes -Lease Extensions -Construction and Engineering -Residential Property Disputes -Planning application disputes -Education Litigation Conduct legal research and analysis Draft letters, correspondence, and other legal documents Work collaboratively with the team to develop innovative legal solutions Provide case analysis and recommendations on strategy Demonstrate a personal commitment to professional development Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 1-5 years PQE Experience in property and commercial litigation is essential Strong advocacy and negotiation skills Providing effective support for partners Strong academics Competitive salary Bonus scheme Excellent career development opportunities The role is a full-time position.
