The IT Technician will work closely with all staff to maintain and support all fee earners globally. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our employees, providing prompt and effective technical support for a range of IT issues.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support:
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware issues (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals).
  • Troubleshoot software issues (Microsoft Office Suite, operating systems, common applications).
  • Resolve network connectivity problems (Wi-Fi, DNS, LAN).
  • Basic Entra administration (password and MFA resets).
  • Assist with mobile device support (iOS and Android).
  • Maintain and update IT documentation: Maintain and update internal knowledge bases, lists, and records.
  • Assist with IT projects: Participate in IT projects as required (e.g. hardware upgrades, software deployments).
  • Maintain a good record of working and spare hardware.
  • General administrative support: ensuring the office is appropriately organised, general assistance. Keep lists and records up to date.
  • Provide technical training: To provide technical training on our system to new starters and other employees as necessary.
  • Desktop support: Image, set up and deploy new workstations, provide remote support to users.
  • Provide each department with a fluent workflow that best suits their working environment and staff.
  • Attend courses and take training opportunities where appropriate.
