We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our busy Leeds restaurant.

The Opportunit y
As General Manager, you will have full responsibility for the operational and commercial success of the restaurant.

You will lead from the front, inspire your team, build a high-performance culture and ensure that every guest leaves having received an exceptional experience.

Leading and developing a large, multi-functional restaurant team.

Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must :
Have a minimum of 2 years experience as a General Manager within a high-volume restaurant, hospitality or leisure environment.

Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering strong commercial results.

Have experience leading large teams within a fast-paced operation.

Possess strong financial and business acumen.

Have excellent leadership, coaching and people development skills.

Be experienced in managing labour costs, payroll, budgets and operational KPIs.

Be highly organised, resilient and capable of making effective decisions under pressure.
