We are looking for an experienced Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. The ideal candidate should be creative, organized, trend-aware, and experienced in creating engaging content that increases brand awareness, audience engagement, and follower growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily social media activities across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Create, plan, and schedule engaging content, including posts, reels, shorts, stories, and videos
  • Develop social media content strategies aligned with our brand goals
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to create relevant and timely content
  • Write captions, video descriptions, and social media copy in a clear and engaging style
  • Coordinate with designers, video editors, or content creators when needed
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports
  • Improve engagement, reach, follower growth, and overall account performance
  • Support paid social media campaigns when required

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok accounts
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
  • Experience creating content calendars and social media strategies
  • Ability to create engaging short-form video ideas for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok
  • Good copywriting skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Creative mindset with a results-driven approach
  • Experience with analytics tools and performance reporting
