Duties & Responsibilities:
- To follow policies and schedules for the operation in the kitchen facility.
- To assist in looking for new and profitable ways to better serve the guests.
- To assist in ensuring the cleanliness of the facility is of the highest priority, making sure that the reputation of the service is maintained at all times.
- To help in the coordination of all events and activities with the operating departments of the Golf Course in order to provide the best possible service to the guests.
- Following standardized recipes set forth by management.
- Ensure any customer complaints are handled efficiently and tactfully.
- At all times, present a favorable image.
Working Conditions:
- Employee must be able to lift/handle up to 20 lbs. occasionally
- Work extended hours during golf and holiday season
- Work weekends and holidays
- Physical activity including long periods of standing, walking, bending,
- Operate food service equipment and clean food service areas
- Fast paced high traffic areas with a moderate to loud noise level
Qualifications
Qualifications:
1. High School Diploma
2. Culinary School Degree preferred.
3. 2 Years experience in restaurant and banquet arenas
4. Must be neat and present a professional appearance at all times.
5. Must have excellent communication skills.
