The Role
As Group Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership and operational success of our fleet and corporate sales function across all group locations. Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving volume, profitability, and long-term partnerships with business clients and leasing partners.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement a group-wide fleet and business sales strategy aligned with commercial targets.
· Identify and secure new opportunities in SME, corporate, public sector, and leasing channels.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients, finance providers, and manufacturer fleet teams.

· Oversee the end-to-end fleet process, from lead generation and quotation through to vehicle ordering and delivery.
· Track and analyse sales KPIs, pipeline activity, and customer satisfaction using CRM tools and internal systems.
· Ensure all activity is compliant with FCA guidelines, GDPR, and manufacturer brand standards.
· Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing, operations, and aftersales, to deliver a seamless customer experience.
· Stay up to date with market trends, EV developments, and fleet-related legislation.
What We're Looking For
· Proven experience in a fleet management or B2B sales leadership role, ideally within a franchised dealer group.
· Deep understanding of contract hire, leasing, salary sacrifice, and fleet funding models.
· Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with a commercial, client-focused mindset.
· Excellent communication
· Experience with CRM platforms and manufacturer fleet portals.
· Previous experience with multi-brand operations or emerging EV brands is a plus.
