We’re a long-established Toyota & Suzuki Dealer Group with centres covering Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. New to Ron Brooks Group we are also partnering with Omoda and Jaecoo brands. Having been in business for more than 60 years we know what it takes to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, and our Sales team are at the forefront of this connection.
About you
You’re an enthusiastic and driven individual who’s passionate about providing the very highest levels of customer service. You’re looking for a role which allows you to fully utilise your excellent interpersonal and communication skills while helping the Sales team to supply a combined 1,000 new and used vehicles each year.
About the role
As a Sales Executive you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process and ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with the experience of purchasing a brand new or used vehicle. The role will be primarily based at our site on Blackbird Road, Leicester.
Your background
You’ll be a salesperson through and through, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and evidence of your ability to provide exceptional customer service. Motor trade experience is preferred but not essential as full manufacturer training is provided – if you’re good enough we want to hear from you!
Salary & benefits
Earnings potential is excellent thanks to an uncapped commission structure, and you’ll also receive a new company car as well as a contributory company pension.
