Marketing Co-ordinator Location: * Chesterfield * This is an office based role. We do not offer hybrid or remote working. Rompa are the market leaders in sensory provision and we are looking to hire a full time Marketing Co-ordinator to contribute towards developing and actioning our marketing strategy to bring it to life through a variety of different online and offline channels. A key function of this exciting role is to create marketing assets, such as brochures, flyers, and digital designs, in particular contributing to the production of our yearly suite of brand catalogues. What else will be required? * Working closely with the Marketing Manager, use the results of sales analysis, and creative flair to produce catalogue pages and promotional pieces that display product and supporting content to best effect using graphic design skills. * Commercial awareness to produce high quality marketing collateral and an awareness of broader design and marketing trends. * Administration of our social media accounts, e-mailer design and analysis of subsequent reporting of metrics. * Day to day maintenance of our website, including product updates, publishing content and contributing towards blogs. * Contribute designs and ideas for exciting new products to supplement and grow existing and new ranges. * Use photography to create new catalogue/web images and to be involved in video production; creating and editing video footage when required. * Help produce graphics/posters for our exhibition stands. * Co-ordinate and execute exhibition plans and actively participate at all events. * Gain knowledge of our products to promote the products and services to wider potential customers. * May be some requirement to support the design team and create visuals using 3D-rendering / design software to produce exciting room designs for customers. Do you have what it takes? * Proven experience in a similar marketing role, ideally within a manufacturing environment. * Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (with a focus on Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop). * Experience in using photographic and lighting equipment. * Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategy, analytics tools, marketing trends campaign delivery. * Creative mind, enthusiastic and eager to innovate, learn and develop. * Excellent organisational and time management skills. * High level of attention to detail. * Ability to work to tight deadlines and during busy commercial periods. * Eager to learn and develop 3D design skills.
