Due to continued growth, we are seeking a highly experienced Bricklaying Foreman to join our talented New Build Division for projects throughout London.

- Experience in Lime Mortar (Preferred)
- Experience in all Pointing Styles (Preferred)
- Experience in all Brickwork Bonds (Preferred)
About The Role:
The role will involve leading our site teams to deliver a variety of new build projects across all industry sectors involving high-specification brickwork and stonework. You will work alongside our management team throughout our projects, where you will be responsible for the following:
- Complying with the latest Health, Safety and Environmental regulations.
- Managing and supervising all members of our site team while ensuring our project-specific RAMS are always being adhered to.
- Maintaining and delivering the highest level of quality at all times and assisting our Project Manager with any quality records when required.
- Ensuring agreed programme durations, timeframes and deadlines are met at a minimum.
- Reviewing and understanding the latest design information, querying details where necessary, and identifying changes in drawing/document revisions.
- Liaising with our client’s site management teams in a friendly and professional manner.
We offer a competitive day rate based on your experience, continuous long-term work and career progression within a growing company. Please note that we require applicants to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Foreman role for the type of projects our New Build Division specialises in.

While applicants must be highly skilled, you will also need to be organised, reliable, computer literate, a great communicator, and have fantastic leadership skills.
