We are looking for a compassionate and organised individual to lead and manage our mentorship programme, which connects corporate professionals with survivors of human trafficking and gender-based violence.
ROMILDAMOR Foundation is a Human Rights NGO that works to support Survivors of Human Trafficking and Gender Based Violence with legal and holistic support to help them reintegrate safely back into society. Our mission is to show Love in Action by transforming exploited survivors into empowered women.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for training mentors, pairing them with mentees, monitoring progress, and ensuring both mentors and mentees feel supported throughout their journey.
Requirements:
- Experience in mentorship programmes, coaching, education, or survivor support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust with both professionals and survivors.
- Excellent organisational and coordination abilities.
- Understanding of trauma‑informed practice or willingness to be trained.
- Confident leading training sessions and providing ongoing guidance.
- Passionate about supporting women on their journey to recovery and purpose.
- Ability to engage sensitively with both survivors and professionals.
- Ability to manage multiple mentor‑mentee relationships and timelines.
