Key Responsibilities
  • Turn insight into impact: Champion a consumer-centric mindset that fuels game-changing decisions through unlocking the “why” behind how players engage.
  • Ask the right questions: Partner with commercial, product and marketing teams to shape the questions that matter most – then use insight to answer them with clarity and purpose.

  • Connect deeply with real sports bettors: Get under the skin of football, racing and other key sports audiences – understanding their motivations, frustrations and moments of passion.
  • Influence winning propositions: Work hand-in-hand with commercial and product teams to develop compelling propositions – grounded in real human insight, not assumptions.
  • Champion consumer segmentation: Shape and apply our new and pioneering consumer segmentation rooted in psychology and behavioural science.
  • Lead with energy: Be a passionate advocate for insight‑inspiring teams to listen, learn and act with curiosity and conviction.

  • Experience leveraging self‑service research tools, AI‑driven insight solutions, and managing third‑party research agencies.
