As a Betting Cashier, you will report to the Betting Supervisor and be part of the Betting Office Team, who deliver top customer service and make the stadia welcoming to our guests. Salary is £13.00 per hour.

Are you ready to launch a winning career? You will:

  • Process betting transactions, handle cash, credit, and debit transactions.
  • Manage and balance cash handling and betting transactions at the start and end of each shift.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues related to betting transactions.
  • Maintain knowledge of current betting odds, lines, and rules to assist customers and make informed decisions.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or irregularities in betting transactions to management.

To be successful in this role:

  • You must be 18 years of age or over to work in one of our stadia.
  • 1+ year of experience in a cash handling or customer service role.
  • Familiarity with sports betting and wagering systems.
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
