Job Description

Entain is on a mission to revolutionize the world of betting and gaming — and we're looking for a top-performing Strategy professional to help shape the future of our business.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role, working for the Director of the COO office.

You will own key projects across commercial, product and analytics as we pursue continued market share gains.

You will join a high-performing & expanding strategy team, with a track record of upwards movement within the organisation.

Key responsibilities include

  • Own and deliver high priority, cross functional projects that are crucial to the company's success.

These include but are not limited to transformational projects, growth initiatives and operational models

  • Establish structured yet flexible frameworks to manage initiatives efficiently while adapting to a fast-changing business environment
  • Use data driven insights to support leadership in refining and updating commercial strategy
  • Ensure that operational execution aligns with long-term strategic objectives, bridging the gap between planning and action
  • Synthesize the different strands of complex business performance data, strategic initiatives, and market trends into clear and compelling narratives

Qualifications

  • 7+ years' experience in strategy consulting
  • Experience in Real Money Gaming preferred
  • Thrives in both high level strategy discussion and hands-on execution
  • Adept at managing multiple priorities, navigating ambiguity and driving alignment across senior stakeholders
