Entain is recruiting a Retail Customer Service Manager to lead standards in our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops across the United Kingdom.
You will report to the Shop Manager and supervise a shop team, delivering top customer service, processing transactions and driving targets.
You'll work 30 hours per week with a mix of opening/closing shifts, weekend work, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
