This is a fantastic opportunity to work in the financial sector at one of the world's largest insurance brokers. Reporting to the Accounts Manager, you will provide effective administrative assistance and backup support to the Accounts Team. The position provides exposure to a broad range of accounting administrative activities. The primary objective is to support the Accounts team to enable the company to achieve its goals and ensure cash‑flow targets are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cashiering
  • Credit control
  • Aged debtors
  • Refunding return premiums to our clients
  • Resolving client and insurer queries with input from brokers/execs
  • Reconciling and paying insurers
  • Setting up finance
  • Finance arrears
  • Handling and responding to requests quickly, efficiently, and accurately
  • Assisting with debit queries
