The Associate Primary SENDCO role within Romero Catholic Academy Trust leads, develops and quality‑assures SEND provision across our primary schools. You will drive high standards in SEND support and ensure compliance with statutory responsibilities.
The role blends strategic leadership, operational delivery, and school‑based support, including inducting and coaching SENDCOs, modelling best practice, and training staff to build capacity across the Trust.
