Located in Reading, Rombouts UK operates as a compact, professional team with drive and initiative. As we continue to expand our UK hospitality business, we are looking to strengthen our team with a Hospitality Business Development Manager.
About the Role
As a Hospitality Business Development Manager, you will be the face of Rombouts in the focus region of London and the Western Home Counties. Your primary responsibility is to acquire new customers within the hospitality sector. You proactively connect with prospects, understand their needs, and create meaningful commercial opportunities. Your natural communication skills and commercial instincts enable you to build a strong network and win new business.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively approach and engage new hospitality businesses and prospects.
- Build, maintain, and expand a strong professional network.
- Identify, shape, and create customer needs and opportunities.
- Present Rombouts products and solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Negotiate and independently close deals.
- Keep track of market trends and identify commercial opportunities.
Who You Are
- Energetic, sociable, and naturally skilled at connecting with people.
- Proactive, persuasive, and confident in approaching new contacts.
- Commercially experienced, preferably in hospitality/sales (ideally coffee).
- Able to work independently and take ownership of your region.
- A coffee drinker!
- You live in the focus region: London and the Western Home Counties.
