Rate for the SMSTS Dry Lining Manager: £250 per day.
Role: Site manager required for managing Dry Lining works.
Main Duties of the Site Manager:
- Liaise with project team (mainly Project Manager & Co‑Ordinator)
- Writing daily reports
- Organisation of day‑to‑day site activities, including security, segregation and storage of materials, plant and welfare
- Completing daily permits
- General site H&S activities
- Site setup
- Organise with team for materials and plant
- Perform daily inspections and reports
- Handover with the client upon works completion
- Keep project on track with the current programme
Requirements:
- CSCS Black card
- Site Manager (NVQ Lvl 6), SMSTS, CSCS, Fire Marshall, 3 Day First Aid, Temporary works
- Full PPE
- Minimum of 2 years site manager experience
