CPCS Traffic Marshall Required - Luton, Bedfordshire

Pay Rate: £16 per hour

Hours: 9.5 hours paid per day + Overtime Available

Location: Luton, Bedfordshire

We are currently looking for an experienced CPCS Traffic Marshall to join a busy construction project in Luton, Bedfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long term work until the end of the year (2026).

The Role

As a Traffic Marshall, you will be responsible for safely directing site traffic, coordinating vehicle movements, maintaining safe access and egress routes, and ensuring the safety of pedestrians, plant operators, and delivery vehicles while adhering to all site health and safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Valid CPCS or NPORS Traffic Marshall Ticket
  • Full PPE
  • Minimum 1 year's experience working on construction sites as a traffic marshall
  • Good understanding of site health and safety procedures
  • Reliable, punctual, and willing to work
