Romax Recruitment are looking for experienced Butchers for our leading client based in Wembley, London.
Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 22:00 to 08:00
- Occasional Saturday may need to be worked (04:00 AM to 08:00 AM)
- £15.69 Per Hour (Including Holiday)
- Temp to perm
You will be working in a cold environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Cutting of all pork cuts for retail boxes
- Breaking of pig carcasses and cutting and packing
- Preparation of sausages (Mincing, tying)
- Receive deliveries of meat
- Assist with stock intake
Requirements:
- Knowledge of meat preparation and cuts
- Experience making sausages
- Some experience working as a butcher
- Ability to use hand tools
