Romax Recruitment are looking for experienced Butchers to join our leading client based in Hounslow, London.

Hours:

  • 20:00PM-06:00AM
  • £16.51 Per Hour (Including Holiday)
  • Temp to perm

You will be working in a cold environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Cutting of all pork cuts for retail boxes
  • Breaking of pig carcasses and cutting and packing
  • Preparation of sausages (Mincing, tying)
  • Receive deliveries of meat
  • Assist with stock intake

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of meat preparation and cuts
  • Experience making sausages
  • Minimum 3 years experience working as a butcher
  • Ability to use hand tools
