Romax Recruitment are looking for experienced Recruitment Resourcers to join our busy Driving & Industrial department in Shenfield, Essex.
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00. This is an office based position.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- You will be working closely with dedicated account managers.
- This will be a fast paced role, helping to place as many suitable candidates as possible.
- You will be required to be on the phone and send emails to clients / candidates.
- Screen / Interview candidates before placing them forward.
- Engage with candidates.
- Utilise job boards.
- Build and maintain candidate pipeline.
What we are looking for:
- Experience within Driving & Industrial recruitment.
- Strong communication skills.
- IT literate.
