We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a leading contractor, delivering a high-quality fit-out and refurbishment project. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of fast-paced commercial projects with a strong pipeline of upcoming work.
Location: Oxford and London
Duration: Ongoing
Rate: £280-£300 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades on site.
- Ensure strict compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and the project team to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Lead site progress meetings and address any technical or operational challenges.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on fit-out or refurbishment projects.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent knowledge of health & safety practices.
- Ability to start immediately or within a short notice period.
Must Haves: SMSTS or CSCS Black card with previous fit out site management experience.
