We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee a laboratory fit-out project, delivering both CAT A and CAT B works to a high standard. This is a client-facing role requiring strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full site management of laboratory CAT A & CAT B fit-out works
- Day-to-day coordination of subcontractors and trades
- Working closely with the client and design team to ensure programme and quality targets are met
- Ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
- Managing site health & safety, RAMS, and compliance
- Reporting progress and resolving site issues proactively
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering laboratory fit-out projects
- Strong background in CAT A and CAT B commercial fit-outs
- Previous experience working directly with CAT A & CAT B clients
- Black CSCS Card or SMSTS Certificate (essential)
- First Aid at Work certification
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Desirable:
- Additional relevant site or safety certifications
- Experience managing fast-paced or technically complex fit-out projects
